There and Back Again: A Culinary Tale of Vietnam

It takes a dedicated and mildly crazy globetrotter to go all the way to Vietnam in order to cook in a cave, on top of a business center, standing in the sea or right in the middle of the street of Saigon city. VMG/ Kitchen Myth Busters are the sort of travelers that will go to a restaurant only to think of ways to improve their menu; we will take a boat and set out to a middle of a jungle to eat with the locals and then cook for them later; and we will never, ever think we have seen enough to feed our curiosity. Take a trip, come with us: sharing a meal requires no words – it’s a whole language by itself, and everyone speaks it.
